Booking Terms and Conditions

Rates
Unless otherwise indicated, all rates are in United States Dollars, inclusive of excursions notes in the itineraries, full board and all applicable taxes and charges. Rates do not include beverages or other services consumed on board, excursions not included in the itineraries and transfers to/from airports and/or train stations. Depending on the situation, the payment may be processed in equivalent Egyptian Pounds.
Payment & Cancellation Policies
A valid credit card guarantee is required at time of booking and a reservation will be deemed confirmed after processing of all deposits and payments according to the agreed terms at the time of booking. We reserve the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time. Confirmation is also subject to receiving all guest names, particularly for multiple room bookings.
If any guest is unable to travel or utilize the booking made, cancellation fees may apply. Also, any change in the length of stay is subject to availability and may incur a change it rate. If a booking deposit must be refunded, please note that any credit card surcharge or currency fluctuation is unable to be refunded. Cancellation and refund policy:
- In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to arrival on the regular dates & 5 weeks prior to arrival on the Premium dates, one night will be charged automatically as cancellation fees.
- In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to arrival on the regular dates & 3 weeks prior to arrival on the Premium dates, 50% from the total amount will be charged automatically as cancellation fees.
- In case of cancellation less than one week prior to arrival on the regular dates & 2 weeks prior to arrival on the Premium dates, full cruise amount will be charged automatically as cancellation fees.
Your booking confirmation email shall indicate if your dates are regular or Premium dates.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in Time
12:00 hours/12.00pm. Earlier access is subject to availability on day of arrival.
Check-out Time
09.00 hours/09.00am. For guests requiring a later check-out, a fee equal to 50% of the room rate is applicable up to 18:00 hours/6.00pm and a full night’s rate is required after this time. Late check-out is subject to availability.
